Safety
Pilot guidelines · 30 October 2026
Queued helps players discover a party; VALORANT handles the lobby, voice, and game. Leave the Riot party and use Riot’s own safety tools when something happens inside its services.
Expected behavior
- Keep listings accurate, game-related, and free of sexual or romantic solicitation.
- Respect language, microphone, rank, and play-style boundaries.
- No slurs, threats, harassment, doxxing, impersonation, scams, spam, or malicious links.
- Never ask for another player’s Riot, Queued, email, payment, or recovery credentials.
Report or block
Signed-in users can report or block from a party card. Choose the closest report reason and include only the minimum detail needed for review. Blocking hides both players from each other’s party discovery and prevents either account from using the other’s invite through Queued. Do not place passwords, lobby links, home addresses, phone numbers, or other sensitive data in a report.
Review and enforcement
Reports are private and visible only to designated Queued moderators. A moderator may dismiss or resolve a report, remove a listing, or suspend an account. Suspended accounts cannot sign in, host, join, or edit profiles. Resolved and dismissed reports are retained for up to one year for repeat-abuse review; security event records are retained for up to 90 days. Emergency takedowns may happen without advance notice when a listing appears to present an immediate safety or credential-theft risk.
Appeals and privacy
During this closed pilot, ask the community organizer who shared Queued with you to contact the operator for an appeal or data request. Include your Queued display name and the approximate time of the action, but never send a password, reset code, session cookie, or Riot lobby link.
Immediate danger or conduct in Riot
Close the invite or leave the party. Use Riot’s mute, block, and report tools for conduct in the Riot Client or game. Contact appropriate local emergency services if there is an immediate real-world threat.
Current pilot limits
Reporting, blocking, and restricted moderator review are live. A public support address is not configured yet, so share the pilot only with people or communities that have a responsible organizer who can reach the operator.
